SILKEN TOFU PALM HEARTS AND BROCCOLI IN X.O. SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

8 pk tofu

6 can palm hearts

6 hd  broccoli

2 lb green pepper

2 lb red pepper

2 lb red onion

12 oz vegetable oil

6 oz garlic

4 oz ginger

1 lb x.o sauce

corn starch  for thickening of sauce and  dusting of tofu

sal to taste

white pepper powder  to taste

sugar to taste

sesame oil to taste

chili oil little

scallions for garnish

PROCEDURE

clean and cut peppers in to triangles .Drain palm hearts and cut on a slant.

dust tofu in cornstarch and deep fry.

toss vegetables in a wok with ginger and garlic. add tofu and stir

coat with X.O. sauce .Season and finish with chopped scallions, sesame and chili oils
