INGREDIENTS

6 ea egga whites
16 oz cornstarch
white pepper powder to taste
3 bu scallion
60 ml oil vegetable
2 Hd broccoli
6 oz garlic
4 oz ginger fresh
6 oz soy sauce tamari
14 oz hoisin sauce
1 lb ketchup tomato
14 oz oyster sauce
8 ea dry red chili whole
12 oz chili paste blanded sambal olek paste
little sesame oil
2 lb peanuts/ cashew
2 lb red onion
2 lb green pepper
little chili oil
1 lb yellow peppers
PROCEDURE
cut chicken in julienne on a slant. Marinate with ginger, garlic, chili paste , egg whites and seasoning.
fry peanuts and set aside
peel and cut all vegetables according to specs- red onions in petals, peppers in small batons, broccoli in small florets, green onions cut in roundels.
FOR SAUCE-VEGETABLE oil whole dry red chili slant cu, garlic,ginger,soy sauce,hoisin sauce, chilly paste, tomato ketchup, osyter sauce ,salt pepper powder and sugar .Thicken with disollved cornstarch.
stir fry chicken with scallion and all vegetablew, coat with sauce and braise a bit .
thicken with cornstarch if needed .Finish with fried peanuts, scallions and chili oil.
