chicken cellophane noodles

ingredients

2 lb cellophane noodle

6 ea chicken breast

200 ml chicken stock

1 oz ginger

1 oz garlic

12 oz mushroom medley

2 carrots

 2 bun

18 oz chinese cabbage

8 oz onion red

1 fl oz lemon juice

crushed black pepper to taste

blended sambal olek

salt

50 ml fish sauce

50 ml soy sauce kikkoman

1 lb spinach

3 red peppers

beans sprout

60 ml oil vegetale

PROCEDURE

soak cellophane noodles in hot water . drain.

cut all vegetabless in juliennes,chop ginger and garlic. cut juliennes of chicken breast

saute onion scallions, ginger, garlic, sambal olek, chicken and vegetables. add chicken stock, mi in all seasoning and noodles

finish with fish sauce and garnish with chopped scallions.
